I had a birthday! I’m 33 and so is Nat but she didn’t show. First thing in the morning, the ugliest stray cat in the world, Duckface, came by to visit me. Just because he knew it was my birthday, he sprayed all over the trash can and the dresser that will one day go into Annika’s room. He knows just the right thing to do:)

After school, me and the kids went to Peachtree City to visit Nana, and everyone got to help make cupcakes!! I got an awesome convection oven, I almost just spelled conviction oven, which I’m pretty certain is something entirely different and may or may not bake anything. My regular oven is still broken, so this is THE BEST PRESENT EVER!! Mommy wins at presents. But don’t tell anyone else. I like all gifts. So keep ‘em coming!!

I took a picture with the camera held behind me to see what would show up, and Callan smiled for it! How adorable….he’s such a sweetie:) Gavin and Annika are playing the Nintendo DS.

Then Annika wanted in on the shot.

She’s the camera hog, so she danced and posed and asked me to take lots of pictures of “what she can do”. So I did!

This is her “sneaking up on me”. It looks more like she’s responding to one of Callans usual..uhh…tricks:)

I need a little tiny boy kitty. That would be awesome. I wouldn’t name him George, because I knew a cat once named George, but I’d think of a cool name for him.

As far as big kitties go, I’ll have pictures soon from the Pine Mountain Animal Safari in, you know, Pine Mountain. And this is the THIRD time that I spelled animal “anamal” and then erased it.

He was less than a week old here.

He loved everyone, even kids, and never met a stranger. Or licked one. Or jumped on one:)

He always slept on piles of clothes, unlike Sadie, who just peed on them.
